To conduct a leadership program to train, promote, and encourage individuals of diverse backgrounds to meet community challenges and assume positions of leadership and trust.
The Leadership Fayette County Program believes that a community's greatness is largely determined by the voluntary contributions made by its leaders. In addition, the future of any community is closely tied to the dedication and abilities of its next generation of leaders.

Leadership Fayette County is a ten week course where the following subjects will be addressed: community history, city/council government, local social services, public speaking, major industry, education, legal systems, conflict management, personality inventory, team building, and specific leadership skills and methods.
The fee to attend this service is $225.00 and is open to anyone 16 or older.
