What is a Community Learning Center? 

Community Learning Centers blend together the resources of your neighborhood school with the resources of the larger community. It is the intent of this program to include distance learning as a key component of the neighborhood centers, making computers and related communications technologies available to persons who otherwise might have little or no access to them.

This project will provide a wide array of educational services and opportunities to both children and adults in a welcoming, not-threatening and supportive neighborhood environment. The following is a partial list of possible services and activities likely to be included in the project:
