Community Learning Centers blend together the resources of your neighborhood school with the resources of the larger community. It is the intent of this program to include distance learning as a key component of the neighborhood centers, making computers and related communications technologies available to persons who otherwise might have little or no access to them.This project will provide a wide array of educational services and opportunities to both children and adults in a welcoming, not-threatening and supportive neighborhood environment.
