What happens at Afterschool?

Each day, time is set aside to help students complete their homework for the day. This effort is conducted in cooperation and communication with the day staff and parents. Starting next year, students who do not have homework will complete math skills practice during the homework session.

  • Allows the student to work on activities that will support his or her work in the day school.
  • Center activities are based on Indiana State Standards in reading, math, and science.
  • This fall each student will have an individualized education plan. This plan will be developed in consultation with their day school instructor.
